Booking Rates

Please note the following event venue and AV rates are applicable to internal UBC bookings only. Groups external to UBC should inquire at gc.events@ubc.ca regarding availability and prices.

Location Rate
Coach House $75 for the first hour, $25 for each additional hour, up to a maximum charge of $250 per room, per booking.
Reception Rooms (Rate is per room, for either Piano Lounge or Billiard Room. Double the rate applies when booking both.) $75 for the first hour, $25 for each additional hour, up to a maximum charge of $250 per room, per booking.
William C. Gibson Room $75 for the first hour, $25 for each additional hour, up to a maximum charge of $250 per room, per booking.
Lower Patio $75 for the first hour, $25 for each additional hour, up to a maximum charge of $250 per room, per booking.
Great Hall $300 (flat rate)

Booking Policies

A 10% discount applies on bookings of more than one room in a single booking, when total charges exceed $300.

Room rates are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include GST. Tax is exempt if paid by UBC journal voucher.

In the case of cancellations, Green College will require the venue rate(s) paid in full if less than three business days notice (72 hours, Monday - Friday) is given. (Note: There is a separate cancellation policy for catering services. See Catering Rates and Policies.)

Basic set up and take down is provided, but AV support provided with your venue and equipment booking is limited. Please see Audio-Visual Rentals for more details.
