Prices are subject to change without notice. Stays include a complimentary breakfast and dinner from Mon to Fri.
Room rates are subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST - 5%) and the Provincial Sales Tax (PST Hotel - 8%). Fees for continuous stays by the same occupant greater than 31 nights are tax exempt. UBC Departments payment method to be arranged and are tax exempt.

After Hours Check-in
The College Office is open until 3:00pm weekdays. Those arriving after 3:00pm or on weekends must use a code (provided upon payment of your reservation confirmation) to access room keys in a lock box.
Minimum and Maximum Length of Stay
A minimum stay of two nights is required, and the maximum stay in guest accommodations is 90 nights.
Housekeeping
Our Guest House housekeeping program is designed to promote an uninterrupted stay. Guests can ask our front desk without charge for additional towels, toiletries and coffee when needed. There is no housekeeping or linen service during your stay, but for a fee you can request one.
Children and Pets
The College is regrettably unable to accommodate children under the age of 19 or any pets.
Payment
Green College accepts payment by credit card via an online web link (i.e. virtual payment).
Deposit
Deposit may be required at time of booking for reservations.
Cancellation Policy
A $100 cancellation fee will be charged if less than two business days' (Monday to Friday) notice is given. This applies to cancellations without notice before and during the stay.
Preferred Member Rates
Green College Society members, staying in room, may be eligible for a 10% discount on the room fees on stays of two nights, and 15% for three or greater nights.
