Please note the following event venue and AV rates are applicable to internal UBC bookings only; groups external to UBC should inquire at regarding availability and prices.

Booking Policies
A 10% discount applies on bookings of more than one room in a single booking, when total charges exceed $300.
Room rates are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include GST. Tax is exempt if paid by UBC journal voucher.
In the case of cancellations, Green College will require the venue rate(s) paid in full if less than three business days notice (72 hours, Monday - Friday) is given. (Note: There is a separate cancellation policy for catering services. See Catering Rates and Policies.)
Basic set up and take down is provided, but AV support provided with your venue and equipment booking is limited. Please see AV and Other Services for more details.
