A range of audiovisual equipment and other materials is available for booking with your venue space.
Green College can provide you with essential items like data projectors, TV and DVD/VCR sets, microphones, flip charts, whiteboards, mixers/amps and speaker systems. A full PA system (with podium, microphone and mounted ceiling speakers) is available only in the Great Hall; the Coach House is equipped with a movable podium with built-in microphone.
Computers/laptops are not provided or available to book from Green College (clients must bring their own or make other rental arrangements – see UBC Media Services or consult your unit’s IT department). Adaptors are available for most laptop models; please advise at the time of booking if you will be using a Mac (and which model) or PC. Some rooms feature a wired internet connection, while all have access to UBC’s wireless network access.
Equipment is made available in the event venue a minimum of half an hour before your event starts. Please note that A/V technical support is provided at set up, but not throughout your booking (unless by special arrangement).
