GREEN COLLEGE:

THE COLLEGE COMMUNITY

THE COLLEGE COMMUNITY

There are all sorts of ways for members to participate in the life of the College and to stay connected with the community (for membership categories, see Membership).

In these College Community pages, learn about the College Standing Committees that advise the Principal on various aspects of College operations, and also become acquainted with the current Principal of Green College and with members of the administrative staff.

You can consult a list of current Faculty Members, and find information on how to apply for faculty membership. Society Members will also find information on staying in touch with the College and with each other.

The Resident Member section of the Community pages offers an overview of current Resident Committees, and outlines the role of the Residents’ Council. Additional useful information for current residents is also available here, including details on Living in Residence and Green College Dining Society Policies.

Lastly, you will find profiles of our current featured and past special visitors: Cecil H. and Ida Green Visiting Professors and Writers-in-Residence. Although these visitors generally only stay for a short time at the College, their impact can be far-reaching and their collective contributions are vital to the College’s evolving sense of community.
