There are 16 single room splits in the College, each accommodating two residents.
The “split” layout consists of two levels connected by a stairwell. The top floor of each split contains two single rooms along a common hallway. Each single room contains a bed, workspace with desk, wardrobe, bookcase, two chairs and two lamps.
The bottom floor contains a common living area with a lamp, table, and two chairs. The single rooms within the split also share a washroom located on the bottom floor. The washroom contains a bathtub, shower
and toilet, and ample cabinet space.
Each split measures approximately 663 square feet in total, and each single room approximately 180 square feet.
